The Supreme Court and Trump Tariffs
On November 5, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments “in a pair of challenges to President Donald Trump’s power to impose sweeping tariffs on virtually all goods imported into the United States.” Depending on the outcome, billions of dollars in tariffs could be upheld or rolled back, with far-reaching implications for importers, exporters, and supply chain strategies. This short survey explored how supply chain and logistics executives are viewing the potential impacts, risks, and opportunities related to this case.

Really valuabe roundup, especially the Supreme Court tariff angle. I always find it interesting how policy uncertainty at that level creates this ripple effect where companies dunno if they should lock in supply contracts or wait it out. The Uber Freight autonomy partnership is worth watching too, seems like we're at an inflection point where driverless freight goes from pilot to actual scale soon.
