As the U.S. federal government continues to modernize operations through digital transformation, regulatory enforcement is evolving in step. Regulatory agencies, such as the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), are implementing AI and sophisticated algorithmic tools to increase the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of enforcement tasks.
